In its September 30 order, the court had given three months for filing the appeal while directing that the judgement shall not be operative for three months. The court had earlier extended the status quo till February 15.
A special bench of the court comprising Justice Sudhir Agrawal justices S U Khan, and V K Dixit has reserved its order on three review petitions filed by a local lawyer M Ismail Farooqui. The next sitting of the full bench will take place on 28th of April.
Farooqui had moved petitions seeking review in the judgement on the suits of Rajendra Singh, Nirmohi Akhara and Bhagwan Ram Lala Virajman.
