Amid the reported tussle between UP Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav and Minister Shivpal Yadav, senior Samajwadi Party leader Amar Singh today threatened to resign from the party.
Talking to a private TV channel, Mr. Singh alleged that he, Mr. Shivpal and UP Minister Balram Yadav are being humiliated in the party.
He accused the Chief Minister of ignoring him by not attending his phone.
Mr. Singh said, he has high respects for party Chief Mulayam Singh Yadav and will talk to him over the issue.
In May this year, after six years of his expulsion, Amar Singh had made a come back in the SP and party sent him to the Rajya Sabha.
