This was revealed by Secretary in the Ministry, R S Gujaral while inaugurating a two day international conference on Roads and Highways here. Gujaral said that the monitoring will particularly help to keep a check on construction projects in difficult terrains. He added that the country was likely to achieve the target of constructing 20 kilometers of roads per day by 2013.
