Railway Manager, Ambala,  P.K.Sanghi were also present. Speaking on the occasion, Muniyappa said that railways will setup a new PRS at Amb Andaura station to facilitate the public of the area and the surrounding areas for obtaining the rail tickets to travel.

He congratulated the citizens of Amb for the extension of the train, for with increased connectivity there would be more economic & social development of the area. Thus, with the introduction of this new line, broad gauge railway line has brought the villages of Amb and Andaura adjacent to state high way no. 25. The Nangaldam-Talwara-Amb Andaura section passes through difficult and undulating hilly terrain of lower shivlik ranges of Himalayas, criss crossing numerous nallahs and rivers. On the station of Amb Andaura  one 183 meter  long high level passenger platform has been provided on the loop line. Public conveniences such as 4 water booths, benches, toilets and other amenities have also been provided.

With the completion of the Churaru Takrala-Amb Andaura section of the Nagal Dam-Talwara railwayline, Northern Railway is extending the 74991/74992 Ambalal Cantt.-Una Himchal DEMU train to Amb Andaura. The train 74992 DEMU will depart from Amb Andaura at 6.00 a.m. to reach Una Himacahl at 6.35 a.m., halting at Churaru Takrala and Panoh  enrotue. It will reach Ambala Cantt. at 11.45 a.m. In the return direction , 74991 DEMU will depart from Ambaal at 2.20 p.m. and reach Una Himachal at 6.58 p.m. It will reach Amb Andaura at 7.40 p.m. The train will halt at Panoh and Churaru Takrala enroute.
