All Mail and Express trains departing from their source stations after 2 PM today and scheduled to arrive at New Delhi and Hazrat Nizamuddin railway stations between 4 AM and 2 PM tomorrow will be cancelled at source.
The Railways Ministry said that this decision has been taken in view of the anticipated severe road traffic congestion in areas around both the railway stations tomorrow.
