Additional District Judge (ADJ) of Jaipur has issued the notice to former IPL commissioner Lalit Modi with his wife and 10 other people in the matter of illegal purchasing of heritage buildings near by the Amer fort in Jaipur. Court said the notice should be executive to Lalit Modi, his wife Minal Modi and two others by the newspapers.
According to sources, in 2007, Lalit modi had purchased the heritage building in Amer in only 9 Lakh rupees. Petitioner said that selling of heritage buildings then were prevented and its owner has sale it illegally to Modi’s company.
