National Investigating Agency (NIA) has charge-sheeted two Pakistan-occupied-Kashmir (PoK) residents associated with the banned Lashker-e-Taiba who were caught by the Army for allegedly smuggling arms and ammunition into Jammu and Kashmir through the higher reaches of Gulmarg.

According to an official spokesman, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) filed the charge-sheet at the designated court in Jammu against Khalil Ahmad Kayani and Mohammed Nazeem under various sections of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and the Arms Act, besides invoking clauses of the Jammu and Kashmir Egress and Internal Movement (Control) Ordinance.
