Samajwadi Party Supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav today made it clear that Amar Singh would not be removed from the party and claimed that his party was intact and like a family.
At a press conference when asked to comment on a statement issued by sacked party general secretary Ramgopal Yadav, Mulayam Singh said that now he did not give importance to the opinion of Ramgopal Yadav.
He said that party was one and family is one and we all are one. Mulayam Singh said that some persons were hatching conspiracies in the party who were not in position to get even ten votes.
When asked about next Chief Minister face, Mulayam Singh said after the party emerge victorious and gets majority, Chief Minister will be elected as per democratic traditions. However the absence of CM Akhilesh Yadav at the press conference was conspicuous.
On the other hand, sources say that Akhilesh is still adamant on his demands of revoking his ousted youth leaders, his decisive say in ticket distribution and respectful return of uncle Ramgopal in the party among other things.
