The number of COVID-19 cases in the state climbed up to 35 thousand 82 after the 797 new cases reported in the past 24 hours in Madhya Pradesh. With twelve patients succumbing to the infection during the day, the death toll rose to 912.
As per the State Health Bulletin, one thousand 315 Corona virus patients were discharged from the hospitals yesterday taking the number of recovered cases in the state to 25 thousand 414.
There are now eight thousand 756 active cases in Madhya Pradesh. The total number of cases in Indore is seven thousand 735 and six thousand 965 in Bhopal.
There are three thousand 336 active containment zones in the state.
Meanwhile, in the capital city Bhopal, the State Government has decided to continue the night curfew. According to the new guidelines of the State government, curfew will continue in Bhopal from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. for the time being.
Apart from this, there will also be complete lock down on every Saturday and Sunday. Gyms in Bhopal will not open yet and other public activities have also been banned.
