Trinamool Congress President Mamata Banerjee has expressed displeasure over Election Commission’s decision to spread Assembly elections in West Bengal into six phases. Announcing the list of candidates of her party in Kolkata Friday, Ms. Banerjee termed the schedule unfair for West Bengal.
