Govt approves various appointements at J S level

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved various JS level / JS equivalent appointments.

New Delhi

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the following appointments of officers at Joint Secretary 1 Joint Secretary equivalent level with pay at Level 14 (Rs.1,44,200 –
2,18,2001-) of the Pay Matrix:

(1) Ms. Jaya Dubey, CSS, as Joint Secretary, Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier by temporarily upgrading a vacant post of DSIDirector level, initially for a period of two years;

(2) Shri Ashutosh Jindal, IAS(TR:1995), Joint Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, as Joint Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post and until further orders, vice Ms. Rachna Shah, lAS (KL:91);

(3) Ms. D. Sai Amutha Devi, IP&TA&FS (1995), as Joint Secretary, 010 Secretary (Security), Cabinet Secretariat, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier vice Ms. Arti Bhatnagar, IDAS (1990);

(4) Ms. Mamta Upadhyaya Lal, IOFS(1989), as Additional DG, BIS under the Department of Consumer Affairs, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure upto her superannuation on 30.09.2023 or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Shri CB Singh, IES(86);

(5) Ms. Praveen Kumari Singh, IRPS(1993), as Additional Secretary (JS level), CVC, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure upto her superannuation on 30.04.2024 or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Ms. Sonali Singh, ICAS(87);

(6) Shri Puneet Aggarwal, lAS (TR:98), Joint Secretary, Ministry of Textiles, as Joint Secretary, Department of Defence, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for an overall tenure of five years upto 24.10.2021 or until further orders, whichever is earlier vice Shri V. Anandarajan, IRS (IT: 88) consequent on completion of his tenure on 11.11.2019;

(7) Shri Rajesh Sharma, IDAS (1992), as Joint Secretary & Add!. FA, Ministry of Defence, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier vice Ms. Dharitri Panda, ICAS (87);

(8) Shri Saurabh Gaur, lAS (AP:2002), as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for an overall tenure of five years upto 23.03.2020 or until further orders, whichever is earlier vice Shri Sanjay K Rakesh, lAS (TR:89);

(9) Shri Praveen N. Gedam, lAS (MH:2002), as Deputy CEO (JS level), National Health Authority, under the Department of Health & Family Welfare, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for an overall tenure of five years upto 27.11.2022 or until further orders, whichever is earlier, by restoring the post of Deputy CEO (Dir level) held by the officer to JS level;

(10) Ms. Neeta Prasad, IInfoS (1991), as Joint Secretary, Department of Higher Education, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Shri N Saravana Kumar, lAS (BH:2000);

(11) Ms. Kamini Chauhan Ratan, lAS (UP:97), as Joint Secretary, Department of Higher Education, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Ms. Ishita Roy, lAS (KL:1991);

(12) Shri Satya S. Lolla, IRS (C&CE:1991), as Joint Secretary, NATGRID under the Ministry of Home Affairs, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Shri Ashish Gupta, IPS(UP:1989);

(13) Ms. Alaknanda Dayal, lAS (PB:OO),as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a combined tenure of of 7 years outside the cadre or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Ms. Nidhi Khare, lAS (JH:1992);

(14) Shri Rajeev K. Tiwari, IFoS (JK:1993), as Principal Commissioner, DDA, Housing & Ministry of Urban Affairs Affairs, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Shri Shripal, IFoS (KL:86), consequent on his premature repatriation on 15.11.2019;

(15) Shri Alok Pande, IPoS(1994), as Joint Secretary, Department of Investment & Public Asset Management, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Shri Ravi Aggarwal, IRS (IT: 88);

(16) Shri Satendra Singh, lAS (JH:1995), as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Mines, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Shri Bipul Pathak, lAS (JK:92);

(17) Shri Upendra C. Joshi, IRTS (1989), as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Mines, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders,whichever is earlier, vice Shri Niranjan K. Singh, IFoS (GJ:87);

(18) Ms. Manisha Sensharma, IES (1995), as Joint Secretary (A&F), DMEO, NITI Aayog, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, against an existing vacancy;

(19) Shri SN Girish, lAS (OD:2002), as Regional Director (JS level), SSC, under the Department of Personnel & Training, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for an overall tenure of five years upto 08.08.2024 or until further orders, whichever is earlier, by temporarily upgrading the post held by the officer, initially for a period of two years;

(20) Shri Praveen M. Khanooja, IA&AS (1994), as DG, Petroleum Planning & Analysis Cell under the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier vice Ms. Atreyee Das, IA&AS (1989);

(21) Ms. Manmeet K. Nanda, lAS (WB:2000), as Joint Secretary, Department for Promotion of Industry & Internal Trade, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Shri Rajiv Aggarwal, lAS (UP:1993);

(22) Ms. Anuradha Vemuri, IFoS (UP:1991), as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier vice Ms. Jyotsna Sitlling, IFoS (UD:87) consequent on completion of her tenure on 12.11.2019;

(23) Shri Ashish Rawat, IFoS (JH:1988), as CEO, Development & Welfare Board for Denotified Nomadic & Semi-nomadic Communities, under the Department of Social Justice

& Empowerment, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure upto his superannuation on 31.12.2023 or until further orders, whichever is earlier, against a newly created post;

(24) Shri Rohit Yadav, lAS (CG:2002), as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Steel, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for an overall tenure of five years upto 31.07.2023 or until further orders, whichever is earlier, by temporarily upgrading the post of Director held by the officer, initially for a period of two years;

(25) Shri Saurabh Jain, lAS (KL:2002), as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Tribal Affairs (by temporarily upgrading a vacant post of Director level) with additional charge of the post of Commissioner, Eklavya Model Residential School Society, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a combined tenure of seven years upto 01.09.2020 or until further orders, whichever is earlier;

(26) Shri SK Ratho, IFoS (OD:87), Joint Secretary, NCST, as ED/DDG, NMCG under the Ministry of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for an overall tenure of five years upto 19.03.2022 or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Shri CV Dharma Rao, CSS;

(27) Shri K Touthang, CSS, as Joint Secretary, National Commission for Scheduled Tribes under the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier vice Shri SK Ratho, IFoS (1987);

(28) Ms. M. Imkongla Jamir, lAS (KN:2002), as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Women & Child Development, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a combined tenure of seven years upto 08.04.2021 or until further orders, whichever is earlier, by temporarily downgrading a vacant post of Additional Secretary vice Shri K. Moses Chalai, IAS(MN:90);

(29) Ms. Nandita Gupta, lAS (HP:2001), as Joint Secretary, Department of Food & Public Distribution, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for an overall tenure of five years upto 14.12.2022 or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Shri P.K. Tiwari, IAS(AM:91).
