An FIR has been lodged against Bihar Samajwadi Party Chief Ram Chandra Prasad Yadav and the Party’s media in-charge Rajesh Kumar for taking 10 lakh rupees as donation from one Venkatesh Prasad for giving party ticket. Additional Chief Electoral Officer R Lakshmanan said the FIR was lodged against the duo on the basis of the complaint registered by the Venkatesh Prasad. Mr. Prasad said while he deposited 8 lakh rupees in the account of Ram Chandra Prasad Yadav, he gave cash worth1.75 lakh Rupees to Rajesh Kumar. Meanwhile, Ramchandra Prasad Yadav has denied the allegation. Mr. Yadav said the allegation is a conspiracy of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar to malign the image of the party.
