Prime Minister Narendra Modi today accused Congress, RJD and JDU of hatching conspiracy of cutting five percent reservation from the quota of Dalits, tribals and backward classes to give reservation to others on the basis of religion. Addressing an election meeting at Danapur in Gopalganj district of Bihar Mr. Modi said he has documentary evidence that parties of grand alliance had attempted this unconstitutional act in parliament on August 24th, 2005. He said 60 years of rule of Congress, RJD and JDU are responsible for the pathetic condition of Bihar.
