New Delhi: 25 April, 2015: BSNL announces to allow all call to Nepal from its network (Landline and Mobile) as local calls for three days w.e.f. 25.04.2015 as a relief measure at a juncture of disaster occurred due to earthquake in Nepal.
Shri Anupam Shrivastava, CMD, BSNL Board said “Due to earthquake in Nepal, there is heavy loss of life has occurred and also there is damage to building and infrastructure. This BSNL move will help many people of Nepal who are living in India to know about their relatives in Nepal at local call rate at this juncture. It will also helpful for Indian citizens whose relatives are in Nepal as tourist, they can contact them from BSNL network at local call rate.”.
