BJP Parliamentary Board has deiced to send central observers in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh to oversee the election of legislature party leaders.
Briefing reporters after the meeting in New Delhi this evening, party leader and Union Minister J P Nadda said, senior Union Minister Arun Jaitley and party leader Saroj Pandey will be the observers for Gujarat. Union Ministers Nirmala Sitharaman and Narendra Singh Tomar will be the observers for Himachal Pradesh.
The Parliamentary Board discussed the poll outcomes in the two sates and noted that the people have voted for the agenda of development. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP President Amit and other senior leaders attended the meeting of party’s highest decision making body.
