Fire broke out in a slum cluster near Ganga ghat in Patna.

A massive fire created havoc near the Bans Ghat, some distance away from the historic Golghar in Patna on Friday. The fire spread from the slums of Buddha Colony police station area and engulfed the settlements around Bans Ghat.

This fire caused huge traffic jam on Ashok Rajpath. People were seen frightened by the sound of the cylinder exploding every now and then during the fire. This fire broke out at a short distance from the fire station, but in the scorching heat, the fire brigade had to struggle for hours to control this huge fire.

According to reports, the fire took a huge form within a short time. After receiving the information, several fire brigade vehicles reached the spot and workers started extinguishing the fire.

However, now the latest information has come to light that about 6 gas cylinders have burst at the spot. Fire brigade personnel have now almost controlled the fire. There is no information yet about any casualty in this fire incident.

The wind made the flames fiercer
Earlier it was told that due to westerly wind the flames had taken a huge form. In such a situation, a lot of effort was required to extinguish the fire.

Information was also received that from time to time the sound of gas cylinders exploding was heard. Later it was told that about 6 gas cylinders had exploded. There was an atmosphere of panic in the area due to the blasts.

After the fire, a crowd of people gathered on the road in front. At the same time, fire brigade personnel were busy controlling the fire.
