FIR has been registered against four persons including class 10+2 Arts and Science toppers in connection with irregularities in Bihar School Examination Board results on complaint of the Bihar board.
Following instruction of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Director of Secondary Education Department Rajeev Ranjan has lodged the FIR in Kotwali Poilice station of Patna.
A criminal case has been registered against Science toppers Saurabh Shrestha, Rahul kumar, Arts topper Ruby Rai, and the Director of Vishun Rai college under various sections of IPC. The recognition of Vishun Rai college had already been suspended. The Chief Minister said, he himself will monitor the matter and there will be full scale probe. Mr Kumar said, nobody will be spared in the merit scam.
