Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu has said, ballot and not bullet is the solution to the Maoist violence. Addressing the Chhattisgarh formation day celebrations function in Naya Raipur last evening, Mr Naidu said, no revolution will take place through violence and no change can be brought about through killings and preventing development.
