Jatha of 237 Hindu pilgrims left for Pakistan today via Attari Wahga border to celebrate Festival of Shivratri at famous historical Katasraj Temple.
Jatha members paid obesience at Durgiana temple in Amritsar before leaving for pilgrimage. Group leader Ved Goswami told that they will visit different temples and other religious places after Shivratri celebrations and will come back on 28th Feb.
He appealed Indian and Pakistan Governments to liberalize the visa system keeping in mind the sentiments of the people of both countries.
