The heavy gush of water killed three personnel on the spot and another reported brought dead to the hospital. The Navy spokesperson Commander P.V.S. Satish said that no damage has occurred to any other asset of the Navy placed at the Naval Dockyard. He said, the Navy has ordered a board of inquiry into the incident for better safe-keeping of Naval assets on the dockyards.
