DUBAI(AMN) In a move that is poised to help expatriate workers including Indians, the Labour Ministry of the United Arab Emirates has introduced a new firm classification system to regulate the job market. UAE Ministry of Labour, has issued a resolution laying out new regulations and criteria for classification of firms introducing a new penalty and black-point system against offenders. The new system replaces the current cultural diversity-focused classification policy, which has been implemented since 2005.
