NEW DELHI: The Rajya Sabha Secretariat has sent copy of the Inquiry Committee report to Calcutta High Court judge Soumitra Sen who was found guilty of misappropriation of large sums of money and making false statements by panel set up by the Rajya Sabha Chairman. The report of the three member committee headed by Justice B Sudarshan Reddy was tabled in Parliament Wednesday. The next step in the process of impeachment is to fix a date for consideration and discussion of the motion .
