The Odisha government has informed that out of the 275 deaths, 170 bodies have been identified in the triple train mishap that occurred at Bahanaga station on Friday evening.
State Chief Secretary Pradeep Jena told the media that after the due process, the bodies were handed over to their family members. He said the government had made all the arrangements for the bodies to reach their location free of cost. The government has also issued a helpline number- 18003450061 for the kin, who are coming for identification.
