Gives the slogan “Let’s Fill Our Homes with Prayers and Light Not With Fumes & Crackers”

An Anti-Cracker rally was organized by Hillwoods Academy, Preet Vihar on 24 October 2019 to sensitize the residents, commuters and children not to burn crackers and have a safe and pollution-free Diwali. More than 100 students with their teachers took part in the rally.
The message of the rally was ‘Diwali eradicates darkness of mind and soul by lightening the Diya of generosity and righteousness’.
Students carrying placards with slogans urged everyone to celebrate Diwali by spreading joy and happiness and not burning crackers. The students of Universal Public School joined the rally and in unison raised slogans for a pollution fee Diwali. A Nukkad Natak was staged on Vikas Marg as well as in Community Park to spread the message of celebrating a meaningful Diwali which can light up others life who deserves our love and compassion.
Children were appreciated by the residents of the locality for taking up the environment issue and pledging for a green and clean Delhi.
