Telangana Rastra Samithi and YSR Congress party leaders today held discussions in Hyderabad towards strengthening the proposed Federal Front at the national level.
TRS Working president K Taraka Ramarao called on YSR Congress President YS Jagnamohan Reddy at his residence this afternoon.
Later addressing media, K T Ramarao said TRS President K Chandrasekhar Rao spoke over phone with Jaganmohan Reddy as part of his efforts to bring together the non BJP and non Congress parties together.
Both the leaders stated that they have discussed a lot of issues including the possibility of an alliance and the possible reasons to work together.
Jaganmohan Reddy also stressed on the need for evolving a platform for states to come together to protect their interests.
