Chief Minister on Sunday sent a letter to the CBI to conduct a probe into this matter. Singh said the case is an example of unscrupulous politics. He said CBI enquiry was required so that in future nobody would dare to do such politics in the state.
Meanwhile, opposition Congress today protested in state capital Raipur demanding a dismissal of the minister. There were clashes between police personnel and congress workers during the protest.
On the other hand, BJP workers also staged a protest in front of state congress president Bhupesh Baghel’s residence.
