The Supreme Court today directed the Unitech builders to provide a sum of Rs two crores to 39 flat buyers who were denied possession at the promised delivery time of its Gurugram’s Vista housing project.
A bench, headed by Justice Dipak Misra, directed the real estate company to deposit the amount of two crores to 39 flat buyers.
The buyers were denied flats at the promised time given by the builder, after which they had to knock the doors of the Apex Court for relief.
