Lok Sabha MP Bhola Singh passed away yesterday at Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital in New Delhi due to prolonged illness. He was 79.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today paid his last respects to Lok Sabha MP from Bihar’s Begusarai, Bhola Singh in New Delhi. Mr Modi visited the veteran BJP leader’s official residence in the national capital and paid homage.

Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan and senior BJP functionaries also paid their last respects to the departed leader. His mortal remains will be taken to Patna and will be kept at Bihar Legislative Assembly and BJP state office where people will pay tribute.

The last rites will be held at Begusarai. Bhola Singh passed away yesterday at Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital in New Delhi due to prolonged illness. He was 79.

Expressing grief, Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a tweet said Bhola Singh Ji will be remembered for his outstanding service to society and efforts towards the development of Bihar.
