Lalu dares RSS, BJP to end reservation system, after RSS chief calls for its review

RJD members today authorized party President Lalu Prasad to take all decisions of party regarding formation of new government in Bihar and to nominate leader of party in Bihar Legislative Assembly.

The decision was taken in a meeting of newly elected legislators in Patna today.

The meeting was presided by the party president Lalu Prasad. Former Chief minister Rabri devi was also present in the meeting.

Latter addressing mediapersons Lalu Prasad said the party has also recommended Nitish Kumar as the leader of Grand alliance.

Mr. Prasad said the party legislators will again meet tomorrow at 1 pm and will march to participate in meeting of the grand alliance which has been organized at assembly annexe.

Meeting of newly elected legislators of JD(U) and Congress will be held tomorrow to elect its leaders.

Prior to it a special meeting of the cabinet has been convened to dissolve 15th Bihar Legislative Assembly.

Sources said joint meeting of newly elected legislators of grand alliance will be held on the same day to elect Nitish Kumar as leader of the alliance.

After that Mr. Kumar will claim to form government in the state before Governor.

The oath taking ceremony of Nitish Kumar as Chief Minister will be at Gandhi Maidan in Patna next Friday.
