The Punjab and Haryana High Court today issued notice to the Punjab government and the Orbit bus company for next Friday in the Moga Bus incident.
A teenaged girl was molested and allegedly pushed along with her mother out of a speeding Orbit bus by its staff in Moga district last week . The girl died on the spot. The court has taken suo motto action on getting a letter from a girl about this case. Punjab government has also appointed a judicial commission to probe into the incident .
