India will provide financial assistance of around 3 million US Dollar to Afghanistan for refurbishment of 350 buses to help in strengthening the public transport system of capital Kabul.
The Indian Embassy in Kabul said in a statement that an MoU to this effect was signed between the Acting Afghan Minister of Transport, Mohammad Hameed Tahmasi and Indian Ambassador to Afghanistan Manpreet Vohra.
