India has secured the 10th position at the 48th WorldSkills Competition in Shanghai, China. India won six Silver Medals and 20 Medals for Excellence at the competition. The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship informed that India won six Silver Medals and 20 Medals for Excellence at the competition.
Congratulating Team India on its performance, Minister of State for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Jayant Chaudhary said, the Team India’s remarkable performance at the event marks a significant leap in our global skills journey. He said that, surpassing previous performance, the country’s young competitors have demonstrated the growing strength and competitiveness of India’s skilled talent.
