Former Jammu and Kashmir Governor Satya Pal Malik has passed away this afternoon at the age of 79 after a prolonged illness. He was receiving medical treatment at the Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital in New Delhi.
He also served as the Governor of Goa and the Governor of Meghalaya.
