The 7th online Customer Satisfaction Survey of the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) will be held from tomorrow to 5th of April. The objective of the survey is to know what the commuters think about various aspects of Metro operations.
An official release said, the survey will be conducted by the London based Transport Strategy Centre, which manages CoMET and NOVA benchmarking groups.
