Campaigning is underway for the second phase of Lok Sabha elections in five parliamentary constituencies in Bihar. Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge will address a public meeting at Rajendra Stadium this evening in Katihar. RJD leader Tejaswi Prasad Yadav addressed election rally in Bhairoganj in Banka parliamentary constituency today.
RJD leader is also scheduled to address rallies in Purnea, Darbhanga and Samastipur in support of Alliance candidates. Senior BJP leaders, Samrat Choudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha are also holding public meetings in support of NDA candidates.
Along with Lok Sabha Elections, By-polls for one seat each in Legislative Assemblies of Tamil Nadu and Tripura is also taking place today. In Tamil Nadu, voting is being held in Vilavancode Assembly Constituency while in Tripura, by poll is being held for Ramnagar Assembly Constituency.
