AMIT SHAHThe National President of BJP, Mr. Amit Shah today stressed the need of preserving the spiritual heritage of the country saying , if even a little compromise with spiritual heritage is made, India cannot become a super power.

Mr Shah was speaking as a Chief Guest at the 104th annual function of Gurukul Kurukshetra in Kurukshetra. He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi, the country is fast progressing towards a prosperous and strong nation by preserving its ancient spiritual heritage.

While throwing light on the life of Swami Dayanand, the founder of Arya Samaj, Mr Shah said that though Gujarat was his birth place, yet he worked in Punjab and North India.

He said that Lala Lajpat Rai, Lok Manya Bal Gangadhar Tilak, Ram Parsad Bismil, Bhagat Singh and Mahatma Gandhi were among the prominent personalities who were associated with Arya Samaj.
