The Trump Administration tn the United States, has proposed a 60-day freeze in employment authorisation for H-4 visa-holders, who are primarily dependent spouses of H-1B visa-holders.
The Department of Justice has filed a brief in the Washington DC court of appeals that challenges the decision of the previous Obama Administration to authorise spouses of H1B visa holders to work in the US.
In a statement, Immigration Voice, a non-profit organization working to alleviate the problems faced by legal high-skilled future Americans in the United States said, the Government has asked for adequate time to consider the issues.
