Prime Minister Narendra Modi today appealed to the opposition parties to make all kinds of efforts in spreading the awareness about digital banking among the people keeping aside the political differences. PM was addressing a farmers’ rally in Banaskantha district of North Gujarat today.
PM assured people that the inconvenience because of demonetization would soon be reduced. He called demonetization as an essential step to make India corruption free.
Earlier, PM praised the work of farmers of Banaskantha districts for transforming the deserted land into green fields. He asked milk and dairy producers to engage in research and development in processing commercial crops like caster to benefit large number of caster growing farmers in the state.
