The wife of slain NIA officer Tanzil Ahmad, Farzana Khatoon passed away this morning in hospital. She was battling for life following bullet injuries. Her last rites will take place this evening.
Tanzil Ahmed was returning with his family from a marriage function on the 3rd of April when at least two unidentified assailants fired several rounds on them near Sahaspur village under Seohara Police Station area of Bijnor in Uttar Pradesh. He was associated with several important investigations including Pathankot inquiry.
