The United State President Barack Obama warned that “instability will continue for decades” in many parts of the world including Afghanistan and Pakistan.

In his final State of the Union address today he said, Some of these places may become safe havens for new terrorist networks. Obama said both al-Qaeda and ISIS pose a direct threat to the US and America’s foreign policy has to be focused on the threat.

In his address he promised that he would go after al-Qaeda and ISIS to keep America and its allies safe. He said terrorists who place no value on human life, including their own, can do a lot of damage.

Obama said terrorist groups like al-Qaeda and the Islamic State use the Internet to poison the minds of individuals inside the country and undermine American allies. He termed these terrorist groups as killers and fanatics who have to be rooted out, hunted down, and destroyed.
