India has ruled out any change in its policy in the Middle East on assisting the international efforts to combat the Islamic State. Addressing a joint press news conference with US Defence Secretary in Washington, Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar said, India will participate only in UN approved peacekeeping missions. Mr Parrikar said, the two countries will not mind to go one step forward in sharing the intelligence information.
