Campaigning has reached its peak for the fourth phase of elections in Bihar. In this phase polling will take place on Nov 01 in 55 constituencies spread over 07 districts.

JDU leader and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said he is ready for debate on the issue of development. While addressing another rally RJD leader Lalu Prasad said people of Bihar will support secular forces.

Leaders of CPI, CPM and CPI-ML also addressed a series of meeting in support of there candidates.
