A team of National Investigative Agency,NIA, has arrived at Ranchi to interrogate Dr. Intazar Ali, who has been arrested following seizure of huge quantity of explosives from Kita station near Ranchi on Thursday. As reported, the arrest was made from Bardman Hatia passenger train after Army Intelligence had tipped-off Ranchi Police.
Meanwhile, Ranchi Police sources said that initial interrogation by Police, IB and Army Intelligence and investigation by Ranchi Police suggest that the explosives were meant for terror organisation Indian Mujaheedin. The timer seized along with three bags of explosives are of same company that was used in Patna serial bomb blasts of 2013.
The investigative agencies are seriously looking into the home grown Muslims’ terror network in Jharkhand, as there had been numerous terror incidences in the past whose perpetrators were arrested from the state.
