Police, Protesters Injured in CJP Parliament March Clash

Several police personnel and protesters were injured on Monday after clashes broke out during the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) march towards Parliament in the national capital.
Security forces resorted to a baton-charge and fired tear gas shells to disperse demonstrators attempting to breach police barricades on Parliament Street Road. The protest triggered heavy security deployment and traffic disruptions in the area. Visuals from the site showed protesters confronting police as tear gas filled the streets.
Authorities had earlier stated that no permission had been granted for the march. The situation remained tense, with police maintaining strict vigil around Parliament.
