Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has announced that 164 tourists from the state stranded in Dubai due to the US-Iran conflict will soon be brought to Mumbai on two special flights arranged by the state government. The stranded passengers, from Mumbai, Pune, Thane, Murbad, and Shahapur, had sought assistance after flight services were suddenly cancelled. The Maharashtra Mandal in Dubai and members of Yuva Sena coordinated to provide them with food and accommodation.

Meanwhile, actress Vishakha Subedar’s son, who is stranded at Kuwait airport, has been assured assistance after she sought help from Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.
