The Maharashtra State Police invoked MCOCA against all 26 accused in the murder of former Maharashtra minister Baba Siddique. The crime branch has arrested 26 suspects so far, including the primary shooter, Shiv Kumar Gautam, and the investigation remains ongoing. The 66-year-old former minister was fatally shot by three assailants on October 12 of this year.
