After inaugurating a meeting of the Central Advisory Board of Education here, Sibal said quality education will help in bringing down school drop-out rates. The Minister suggested that the Right to Education needs to be extended up to the class 10 to provide avenues for children emerging from elementary education.
Sibal underlined the integral role of State Governments in preparing the proposed National Vocational Education Qualification Framework.
