Five people, including four women were killed, and eight others sustained injuries in a road accident in in Manyam district of Andhra Pradesh yesterday. The accident took place when a lorry rammed an autorickshaw in which they were traveling. Four people died on the spot while one person lost his life on the way to hospital.
The injured persons were shifted to Area Hospital in Parvathipuram. Two of them have now been shifted to KGH, Visakhapatnam as their condition was said to be critical.
