Union Minister of State for External Affairs & Parliamentary Affairs V. Muraleedharan said that Central Government initiatives in health sector are helping the nation to emerge as a frontrunner in the field of medicine and healthcare. The minister was inaugurating the “Sree Chithra Conclave 2022 “organized by Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology, in Thiruvananthapuram today. Mr.V. Muralidharan said that the Central Government aims at making the country, self-sufficient in health. The objective of the two-day conclave is to bring together various professionals on a single platform to address the technological challenges in the healthcare sector in the country.
The Minister also took part in the PM Kisan Samman Sammelan programme organized by ICAR Krishi Vigyan Kendra, at Vellanad. While delivering Key note Address The Union Minister of State said that the Kisan Samman Nidhi is proof of the commitment of the Central Government towards ensuring the welfare of the farmers of the nation.
