Chemicals and Fertilizers Minister D V Sadananda Gowda today said that adequate availability of fertilizers has been ensured during the ongoing Kharif Season and his Ministry is monitoring the supplies very closely. Agriculture Minister of Telangana Singireddy Niranjan Reddy today met Mr Gowda in New Delhi regarding availability of urea in his state. He requested for speeding up supply of urea to Telangana.
Mr Gowda assured him that the Department of Fertilisers is monitoring the urea supplies and will continue to make efforts to ensure availability of urea in adequate quantity to the farmers of Telangana.
